Add existing @sanjaysrikakulam's script dealing with the management of errored, stuck or drained VMs to Git.
I will have to modify the script to prevent it from flagging VMs in the secondary HTcondor cluster as stuck, so I guess it makes sense to add it to Git to make sure that:
